Our workshops will be weekly and best of all FREE! But to keep them going we need YOU to be there in swimwear (or whatever you feel appropriate) don't be shy just come along and have a bit of craic, learn something and meet new people! This society is full of weirder people than you so come and meet the freaks!
And remember: get down, get around and get penetrated...by industry professionals and whoever else you choose!"
Aoife McGuinness
2010 - 2011
Hola guapos!
My name is Aoife McGuinness and I am Training Officer for DCU Drama this year.
I'm a second year European Business and Spanish student with a passion for drama. I starred in 'Once upon a time' last year as the Russian man Jack (for which I won the DADA for best comedic female ;) ), and as Lady Macbeth in Macbeth.
I decided to run for committee as I love being involved with DCU Drama.
I've been involved with Drama since primary school starring in small productions and in during secondary school with the Gaiety School of Acting's Youth Theatre Company.
As Training Officer my duties include organising workshops for DCU Drama members along with theatre outings. This year I initiated the first DCU Drama New Writers' Festival which will showcase pieces by DCU students and will take place early December.
