Hello everybody :D I'm Laura May

I'm doing communications studies and I'm really excited to be First Year Rep for DCU Drama this year. There is so much happening in DCU Drama and it's a great thing to be a part of!

I was in secondary school when I first got involved in drama. Our school put on musicals every year, and I went from there to Cork Arts school in Cork city..(I'm from Cork).

But all the drama banter came to a standstill during the leaving Cert so its great to be back on track again now ;-)

Hi everyone!

I'm a first year communications student and I absolutely love it!

I have been doing drama and musical theatre since I was about eight and I have been in the English based performing arts group Theatre-train for six years doing shows in The Helix and The Royal Albert hall in London!

I've also taught drama to little kids :)!

I think DCU Drama is going to be brilliant this year, I cannot wait for the panto and if anyone has any questions I am more than happy to answer them for you!

New ideas are always welcome too!

We have lots in store for this year from the musical to the New Writers Festival. Drama is a great way for everyone to get involved from acting to backstage, production and writing! So come along and have a ball!!
